Ingredients & Formulations
As a precaution, we exclude numerous ingredients from our formulas that may risk human health or the environment including but not limited to sulphates (including SLES) and parabens. Read our full ingredient blacklist here.
Yes, our products are not tested on animals and comply with EU testing regulations.
We are proud to partner with a Japanese manufacturer with a proud heritage of 75 years. Extensive testings were conducted on both packaging and final products by our partner in their laboratory.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We pack and ship all orders individually from Singapore.
We ship to most countries across the globe. If you do not see your country in the drop-down list, simply reach out to us at hello@omeliving.co and our team will be delighted to assist you.
Local Orders
We offer free shipping for orders above $50 within Singapore.
For orders below $50, a flat rate of $5 is automatically applied at checkout.
International Orders
For international orders outside of Singapore, shipping rates vary based on the weight and dimensions of your selection. The exact shipping cost will be advised during checkout.
Please note that shipping duration may vary based on destination.
Attention International Customers (outside of Singapore):
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by your government. Typically, these fees will be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance.
Additionally, please note that we are unable to fulfill requests to declare your package at any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we kindly request a physical address for all orders.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, our courier will perform up to two delivery re-attempts for free before returning the parcel to us. Thereafter, our team will reach out to you to follow up.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request the return of products.
Note: All items must be unopened and unused due to hygiene reasons. Gift sets have to be returned as a whole, as we cannot process partial returns for our gift sets.
Please note that return shipping is at your own cost. Once received by our warehouse and if your return is in order, our team will proceed to refund you.
To initiate an exchange or refund, simply email us at hello@omeliving.co. Kindly include your order number and proof of purchase. Once we receive your request, our team will get in touch with you to guide you through the next steps.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Your chosen mode of payment will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
